Transfers to Safaga and the cruise port
Safaga is roughly 60 kilometres south of Hurghada Airport, about an hour by road. It is a working port town rather than a resort strip, known for kite and windsurfing conditions, therapeutic black-sand beaches and its cruise terminal, which serves as the gateway for Red Sea ships heading to Luxor.
